Latest Monthly Real Estate Report for Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach

Check out the recently released monthly real estate reports for Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Closed sales volume and prices are largely the same over the past three years. But during that same time, inventory (the amount of homes for sale) has gone up dramatically. For example, from June 2022 to June 2025, inventory of Broward single-family homes went from about 3,000 to 6,000. And during that same time, inventory of Broward condos and townhomes went from about 3,000 to about 12,000.
