Latest Monthly Real Estate Report for Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach

Check out the recently released monthly real estate reports for Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Inventory decreased for all property types in all counties. (This is a shift from many months of increasing inventory.) For median sales prices, single-family homes are stable, but there’s been a decrease for townhouses and condos.
