Latest Monthly Real Estate Report for Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach

Check out the recently released monthly real estate reports for Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Here are some key stats:

• Inventory continues to rise. For example, there are 44% more Miami-Dade single-family home active listings than a year ago.
• Closed sales are decreasing. There was a 24% decline in the number of Broward county townhouses and condos that sold during the same time last year. Broward single-family homes sales are down 11%.
• Despite this, median sales prices are about the same as they were last year, and the year before that.
