It’s been a couple of weeks now since we finished our first Foreclosure Trial Workshop. The feedback is in from the surveys. As we suspected from the enthusiasm, excitement and notable improvement in trial skills, the participants thought the event was a tremendous success. Here are just a few of the comments we received:
“This was the best trial advocacy CLE that I’ve ever attended, well worth my time away from my family”
“A Godsend! Evan is a natural teacher and the information provided is invaluable!”
“Extremely helpful and definitely worth it.”
For months leading up the event, I poured through 16 years worth of notes and materials from trial experiences, outlines, seminars, workshops, cases, and statutes, all in an effort to boil it down to an easy to follow workshop presentation binder. In addition to serving as a detailed explanation of the presentation on day one of the workshop, the binder is an excellent reference tool for the participants for years to come. Wide open access and ability to download from our extensive online legal library and foreclosure defense discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation forms database was also granted. This online repository consists of over 1,300 documents and is extremely well organized and easily searchable.
Due to success of the event, we have put together another workshop set to take place on October 19-20 in Orlando. In order to give each participant the best experience possible, the event is limited to only 16 people. If you want to attend, you’ll need to register ASAP! To learn more and register, click here.
If you are an attorney looking to improve your comfort level and trial skills in order to better serve and represent clients in defense of foreclosure, our workshop will help you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 754-400-5150 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
