Law Offices of Evan M. Rosen Holiday Lunch/Party Poem

Working long hours, nights and weekends throughout the year to serve as many clients as best as we possibly can, can take its toll – even with our seemingly endless energy, fueled by a bottomless well of passion for serving our clients while fighting the financial industry. We LOVE what we do but to best serve our clients we need balance.  Taking a little time off to relax, not as co-workers but as friends, is a big part of that.  Today, as we do at least once a year, we took the afternoon off to unwind a bit.  We ate lunch out and then went bowling.  At each holiday luncheon since the firm was started, I’ve drafted a poem and read it as we toast another year of providing outstanding service to our clients.  Here is this year’s poem:

Another year in the books;
The future is looking bright;
We are the Law Offices of Evan M. Rosen,
And we know how to put up a fight!

We may be a little in size;
our rebellious bunch;
but legally speaking,
we pack a mean punch.

As I think back over my forty-two years,
some major life events I can recall.
Making the choice to serve homeowners,
was among the best of them all.

Along with “fighting the bad guys,”
as my kids call our line of work,
working with such devoted, honest and fine people;
Is one helluva perk.

Some great memories serving others,
were made this past year,
We’ve helped so many,
There is a lot for us to cheer!

Thanks to robo-verifiers who know nothing
and robo-witnesses who claim to know all;
we won many cases,
and are having a ball!

Blatantly fabricated documents were uncovered,
a judge even called it fraud.
There was also the note lost in transit.
Thank G-d their processes are so flawed!

But our work is not done.
Much more is left in this fight.
For bank crimes, violations and foreclosures,
There is no end in sight.

In this great cause of ours,
We have assembled an amazing crew.
But rather than wax poetry about all,
Let’s touch on who’s new.

First there is Paola,
Helping with time records and so much more;
Too big or too small, for her;
there is no such chore.

Leanna now mans the front,
Bookkeeping and phones are at the top of her list.
She’s fired up by what we do,
A special talent we have in our midst.

To everyone here,
Enough gratitude I cannot express.
We do so much for so many,
While gracefully handling plenty of stress

Each of you mean so much,
To our clients, me, and each other.
In the great cause of our time
We are the keepers of our brother.

So please drink, eat and enjoy,
for now is our time to celebrate.
More work and hard fights ahead
G-d willing, on those too, we will dominate!

Please raise your glasses,
A toast to each of you and all of us collectively.
To the meaningful service we have provided,
and to helping others so effectively!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO OUR STAFF, CLIENTS, THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND TO THOSE DEDICATED TO THIS GREAT CAUSE OF OUR TIME!

From Evan and all of us at the Law Offices of Evan M. Rosen, P.A.
